'MAGIC AT THE BARN' is a unique magical experience held in the town of Rochford in Essex, it is held every year on the third weekend of July, in 2009, the show took place on Saturday 18th July at 7:30pm.
The show itself is set in an enchanting 17th Century barn that features the award winning magic and sophisticated illusions of Oliver Tabor plus special guest artistes, in 2009 they included Steve Majes and Richie Austin who together created an unbelievable mix of award winning magic, mind reading, comedy and fun. Close-up magic was also presented prior to the show by James Pritchard and Oliver Meech.

STEVE MAJES
Steve Majes is a professional magician and balloon twister from East Anglia. With over 20 years of professional working experience Steve provides magical entertainment and amazing balloons for events and occasions all around the country. Steve's balloons have appeared on the 'Paul O'Grady Show' and he has written his first book on subject with a second in the pipeline.
RICHIE AUSTIN
'MAGIC AT THE BARN' was proud to welcome back Richie following his popular performances from the 2008 show. Richie always brings his own unique brand of fun, magic & amazing Illusion, all blended with comedy and toe tapping music. By adding new effects all the time, he guarantees there are always a few surprises to all of his performances.
